1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • The packaging is intact and not damaged
  • The item includes all original seals, labels, and accessories

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for eligible items, but return shipping costs may apply.

2. Returns for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Leaking
  • Expired
  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

3. Non-Returnable Items

If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, it is still eligible for a refund or replacement under ACL.

To initiate a return:

  4. Ship the item back or wait for a free pickup (depending on the situation)

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Refund time: 3–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued

Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Replacements

You may choose a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Items missing from the order

Replacement items are shipped free of charge.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been packed or shipped.
