  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • During peak seasons (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

4. Tracking Your Order
