When Are Signatures Required for Delivery?

At Primesupps.com.au, we aim to deliver your orders securely and reliably. In certain cases, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure your items are safely received.

When Might a Signature Be Required?

  • Orders over a certain value (e.g. high-value supplements, bundles, or equipment).
  • Bulk orders or large packages that require secure hand-off.
  • Age-restricted products (e.g. supplements with age limits or regulatory restrictions).

If your order requires a signature, this will be clearly communicated during checkout or in your shipping confirmation email.

What Happens If No One Is Available to Sign?

Before Your Order Ships:

  • Log into Your Orders and update the delivery address to ensure someone is available at the time of delivery.

After Your Order Has Shipped:

  • Have someone available to sign for the delivery (ID may be required for age-restricted items).
  • If no one is present, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions to reschedule or collect your package from a designated location.
  • Signature-required items cannot be redirected to parcel lockers or left unattended.

Carrier Delivery Management

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information. You can use this to contact the carrier and manage delivery preferences (reschedule, hold at location, etc.) directly.
