Items That Cannot Be Returned

While we proudly offer flexible returns on most products, some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory restrictions. This policy applies to products purchased from Primesupps.com.au and fulfilled directly by us.

Non-Returnable Products

Health and Hygiene Products (if seal is broken or used):
- Opened supplements, vitamins, or nutritional powders
- Medical devices and wellness items (e.g., thermometers, test kits)
- Personal care products (e.g., razors, skincare, toothbrushes)
- Sexual wellness and intimate items
- Opened food, drinks, or protein bars
- Opened pet food or treats
Digital & License-Based Products:
- Digital downloads (eBooks, training plans, digital gift cards)
- Opened or redeemed license keys
Gift Cards:
- Primesupps Gift Cards (unless required by law)
- Third-party gift/prepaid cards
Hazardous or Restricted Goods:
- Aerosols
- Flammable liquids or gels
- Any item classified as a dangerous good
Intimate Clothing:
- Used or opened underwear (excluding sports bras)
Tampered or Incomplete Items:
- Products missing serial numbers, barcodes, or tags
