We understand that receiving your refund promptly is important. Here’s what to expect during the refund process at Primesupps.
Step 1: Return Received or Confirmed Lost
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse or is confirmed lost by the courier, we will begin processing your refund. This usually occurs within 1 business day of confirmation.
Step 2: Refund Confirmation Email
You will receive an email from Primesupps with the subject line "Refund Issued" once your refund is successfully initiated.
Step 3: Payment Provider Processing
Most refunds will reflect in your original payment method within 1–3 business days. However, this may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider.
Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If more than 3 business days have passed since the confirmation email:
- Double-check the bank account or card used at the time of purchase.
- Search for transactions labeled “Primesupps” or referencing your order ID.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for more insight into pending transactions.
