Return Shipping
This page outlines how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by Primesupps Australia. Third-party seller returns are excluded and may follow different policies.
Change of Mind Returns
For eligible products returned under our Change of Mind Policy:
- Return shipping is free for all eligible products including unopened supplements, accessories, gear, and fitness items.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition with all original packaging, seals, and documentation intact.
Prepaid Return Labels
- We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible Change of Mind returns.
- No shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the product meets return conditions.
- Products marked as "Free Returns within 30 Days" on their product page automatically qualify.
Return Window and Required Documentation
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All product packaging, booklets, and seals must be included and undamaged.
- Returns sent without original packaging or in used/tampered condition may not be accepted.
Exceptions to Free Return Shipping
- Products listed on our Non-Returnable Items page are not eligible.
- For low-value returns (under $7 AUD), we may waive processing and shipping both — no deduction or refund in such cases.
Note: Primesupps does not deduct $7–$50 fees for any returns. Free return shipping applies to all approved Change of Mind returns.
Returns for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrived damaged, defective, expired, or not as described:
- Primesupps will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Within 30 Days
- Email support@primesupps.com.au with your order ID and details.
- Attach images if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We’ll issue a prepaid label or organize a pickup for bulky items.
After 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed, your item may still be eligible under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us to review your eligibility.
Prepaid and Self-Shipping Options
Using Our Prepaid Label
- Free for all eligible faulty or misdelivered products.
- Metro-area pickups are available for large items.
Self-Shipping (If Applicable)
- If you ship the return yourself, we will reimburse up to $17 AUD automatically.
- If your actual shipping cost is higher, submit the courier invoice for full reimbursement.
- Contact us within 30 days of sending the parcel to claim any shipping refunds.
Important Return Instructions
- Contact Primesupps support before sending any return.
- Always include the original receipt and any return authorization documents.
- Do not return products to our warehouse without a confirmed return request.
