Return Shipping
This page explains how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by PrimeSupps Australia. Please note: our return policies apply only to items sold and shipped by PrimeSupps. Items from third-party sellers may have different policies.
Change of Mind Returns
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible products under our Change of Mind Policy:
- Return shipping is free for approved items.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned with original packaging and documentation.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Prepaid Return Labels
- We provide prepaid return labels for eligible returns, including standard and bulky items.
- No return shipping fee will be deducted if return conditions are met.
- Items marked as “Free Returns” on the product page qualify automatically.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of order receipt.
- Items must include all original packaging, manuals, seals, and labels.
- We may decline returns that show signs of use or arrive damaged.
Exceptions
- Some items (e.g., perishables, hygiene products) are non-returnable. See our Non-Returnable Items page.
- For returns under $7 AUD refund value, no return or refund is processed unless faulty.
Note: PrimeSupps covers return shipping for all eligible “Change of Mind” returns. No deductions are applied if conditions are met.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- We cover 100% of return shipping costs.
- Email support@primesupps.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup for large items.
After 30 Days
Even after 30 days, you may have rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us for assessment.
Self-Shipping Option (If Necessary)
- If you're required to self-ship a faulty item, we will reimburse up to $17 AUD automatically.
- If the cost exceeds $17 AUD, send your receipt for full reimbursement.
- Please contact us within 30 days of shipment to process any reimbursement.
Important Notes
- Do not return any items without contacting PrimeSupps support first.
- Use only the return label provided by us or our approved logistics partner.
- Return eligibility must be confirmed before processing a refund.
