Why Hasn't My Order Been Shipped Yet?
At Primesupps, we strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, here’s a checklist to help you understand why and how to resolve any delays.
Checklist Before Reaching Out
Please review your Order History in your Primesupps account and confirm the following:
- Shipping Address: Ensure your address includes unit numbers, business names (if applicable), and is correctly formatted.
- Payment Status: Orders with pending or failed payments won’t be dispatched. Verify that your payment went through.
- Product Availability: Some products may be marked as “Coming Soon”, “Pre-Order”, or “Low Stock” — which can delay dispatch.
Tip: If delays are expected, we may upgrade your shipping speed (free of charge) to meet your original delivery estimate.
Delivery Estimate Keeps Changing?
When your order stays in “Processing” or “Shipping Soon” status for longer than expected, consider the following:
- Address Format Issues: Typos or incomplete info can pause processing. Update your address if needed.
- Delivery Limitations: Some heavy items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or remote addresses.
- Card Authorization: We charge only when an item is ready to ship. If your card was declined or pending, this may delay processing.
- Backorders: Although rare, a product may briefly go out of stock right after purchase. We’ll notify you if that happens.
It’s Almost the Delivery Date — But No Shipping?
Don’t worry — we dispatch from fulfillment hubs across Australia. Many metro orders ship within 1–2 days of the expected delivery date. If needed, we'll switch to express shipping at no additional charge to meet your schedule.

Didn’t Receive a Delivery Estimate?
This may happen if:
- You purchased a Pre-Order item or something that’s Backordered.
- The product page was updated shortly after you placed your order.
Tip: Visit the product page again — some listings have faster-shipping variants (often for a small difference in price).
