How Refunds Are Issued

At Primesupps, we aim to provide a clear and timely refund process. Most refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout—whether you purchased supplements, apparel, or fitness accessories.

How to Track a Refund

To track your refund:

  • Log in to your Primesupps account and visit the "Your Orders" section.
  • Check the email inbox linked to your account for a refund confirmation message.
  • Monitor your payment account (bank/card) or your Primesupps Gift Card balance.

Need Assistance?

  • If your refund hasn't arrived after the expected timeframe, check with your bank first.
  • If you're unable to locate it, please email us at support@primesupps.com.au with your order ID.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a Refund Confirmation Email. Refund timelines start after this confirmation:

Currency & International Refunds

For orders placed from New Zealand:

  • Refunds are issued in AUD using the exchange rate on the date of refund processing.
  • International returns may take up to 30 days to reach us.
  • After receipt, processing takes 1–5 business days.

If You Haven’t Received Your Refund

  • Ensure the refund window for your payment type has passed.
  • Look for the credit under "Primesupps" or with your order ID on your bank/card statement.
  • Check your Primesupps Gift Card balance if applicable.
  • Still no refund? Email support@primesupps.com.au and we’ll help track it.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method by default.
  • You may request store credit (Primesupps Gift Card) instead of a direct refund.
  • If requested, we can provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to assist your bank in locating the transaction.
