How to Return Your Order at an Australia Post Location

If you're returning an item from Primesupps and a home pickup isn’t available, you can drop off your return at an Australia Post location using a prepaid label or QR code.

Return Methods Provided by Primesupps

When your return is approved, you’ll receive one of the following:

  • A prepaid return label (PDF) to print and attach to your package
  • A digital drop-off code (QR code) to show at the post office counter

Drop-Off Locations Supported

  • Post Office: Accepts both label and no-label drop-offs
  • Parcel Locker: Requires a printed label
  • Red Street Posting Box: Requires a printed label

Steps to Return Your Package

  1. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a label or QR code via email.
  2. Use the Australia Post Drop-Off Locator to find your nearest post office or locker.
  3. Ensure your package meets Australia Post size limits:
    • Max Weight: 22 kg
    • Max Size: 105 × 105 × 105 cm
    • Max Volume: 250,000 cm³

If You Have a Printed Label

  • Print and attach the label securely to your parcel.
  • Drop off at a Post Office, Parcel Locker, or Red Posting Box.
  • Make sure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

If You Have a QR Code (No-Label Drop-Off)

  • Show the QR code at the counter using your phone.
  • Note: The code becomes active 30 minutes after issue.

What Happens After You Drop It Off

  • Post Office: You’ll receive a receipt as proof of return.
  • Parcel Locker/Red Box: No receipt provided, but tracking begins once scanned by Australia Post.
  • You’ll receive an email from Primesupps once your return is received and processed.

Having Trouble with Barcodes or Codes?

  • Post Office staff can manually enter tracking numbers if scanning fails.
  • If the printed label is unreadable, reprint it before trying again.

Important Reminders

  • Only return the product authorized in your return request.
  • This return method is only valid if you received a label or QR code from Primesupps.
  • If this method wasn’t shown during your return setup, choose another method offered.
  • Always check the business hours of your selected Australia Post location.
